About us

Hopedale Children’s Home offers exceptional, therapeutic care for children between the ages of 5 and their 18th birthday. Children may be of either gender and access short, medium or long-term placements.  Hopedale House also accepts emergency placements.​

Children may be:

• socially and/or emotionally challenged


• suffering through poor mental health


• experiencing low self-esteem or lacking in confidence


• considered more difficult to place

• a sibling group

• victims of abuse or domestic violence

• experiencing trauma

• in need of a specialist education

• granted an education, health and care plan
